i haven’t thought it that way, how do i relate to external things, objects or even subjects, in terms of substance interaction.. sounds juicy, i like it

i guess substances brings all kind of feelings and thoughts. you could ask someone you like -ok tell me what is substantial in you?-

you have to reach a very precise point by beating it, maintaining the same speed. actually there are not rules for this, it depends on the cream, the geometric of your beating, your personal speed rhythm and the chemical aspect of the cream involved.

i see.. it relies on my intuition then. is it a spiritual cooking?

SHE
mmm… let’s say your energy and your senses will affect it decisively. i like those closely-cooker related foods, like sushi, for instance nigiris have the size of the cooker hand. is nice, like sculptural pieces.

but back to the chantilly cream.
you must reach that point, neither a moment before or it won’t work for the ultimate purpose, nor a moment later or it totally collapsed and fails in a way you can not fix at all.

there is something strange you see, when you are getting closer to that point, you feel tempted not to stop, because the cream is so appealing, the texture has the perfect density, and you want to improve that sensation to its extreme… but it could be really dangerous and you might mess all up if you do
